You will go to the theme option then click to backup/restore button. Then click to restore button and select the .xml file which is download from you ago. Then click to upload button.

6)New Blog Post

Click to New Post Button to post on your website. It looks like Microsoft word or googles docs. Give the title of your post. Then Write on blank space.
